BK242 - Jeep NP242 Transfer Case Rebuild Kit 1987-94

This is a transmission rebuild kit that fits the Jeep NP242 Transfer Case from 1987-94 with the 24mm wide input bearing This transmission has aluminum cases and is chain driven. This transfer case will have a round tag on the rear case half and will say 242. If your transfer case was made around 1994, make sure to measure your input bearing. This kit is for the NP242 with the 24mm wide input bearing and if your input bearing is 16mm wide, you will need my other kit. This transfer case is found in the following applications: Jeep Cherokee 6 Cylinder 4.0L 1987-94 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 Cylinder 4.0L 1993-94 Jeep Grand Cherokee 8 Cylinder 5.2L 1993-94 Jeep Wagoneer 6 Cylinder 2.8L 1987 Jeep Wagoneer 6 Cylinder 4.0L 1988-90 This kit comes with the main bearings, seals, needle bearings, washers, fork inserts and an adapter gasket.
