The 4L65-2ACM is a type-3 1-2 accumulator piston (without legs) and a .236″ pin size. This piston will replace both the plastic and the aluminum piston and is thicker than the OE design that prematurely breaks and wears out.
The 1-2 accumulator pistons are available in both type two and type three pistons with a .236” diameter pin bore. If you are looking for the type-2 piston (with three legs), check out #4L6-2ACM
Please note this piston does not include an O-Ring.
